Ramadan is all about togetherness, and this year, Persatuan Wanita UTS once again embraced the spirit of gotong-royong to prepare special Ramadan dishes to be shared with the community.

 

The preparation took place on 12 and 13 March 2025, with members from various ethnic backgrounds coming together under the leadership of our head chef, Datin Dayang Mariani Abang Zain. They worked hand in hand to cook and pack 400 packs of Bubur Lambuk, which were joyfully distributed to passersby at Jalan Bandung. In addition, 300 packs of Bubur Pedas were served during Iftar Perdana at Pusat Islam UTS, bringing warmth and delicious flavors to the gathering.

 

The distribution was made even more meaningful with the presence of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Datuk Dr. Khairuddin Ab Hamid, alongside Pusat Islam UTS Committee and the UTS management team, who joined in the effort to share the blessings of Ramadan.

 

It was a beautiful moment of unity, generosity, and festive spirit, reminding us that the joy of Ramadan is best experienced when shared together.
